       The homogenizer is used for more thoroughly grinding on the viscose with less energy consumption. It can operate with two different attrition disc gap positions, which ensure optimum shear force conditions for the number of particles in the viscose.
       The homogenizer’s two grinding discs: one stator-disc in inlet section and one rotation –disc in drive section, whose distance can be adjustable either manually or automatically via the installed servo-drive (“WIDE-position” and “NARROW-position”).

       The technical process of single homogenizer is: the xanthate magma, entering the rough homogenizer from the sulphidizing machine is grinded and pumped with the discharge pump through the homogenizer in its “WIDE-position” into the dissolving tank. After the sulphidizing machine has been completely emptied, the remaining unsolved viscose volume is pumped with the viscose pump through the homogenizer in its “NARROW-position” approximately 6 times in rotation.
